Heart of America Sports Attractions, Inc. was incorporated in Kansas City,
Missouri on November 26, 1963 and George D. Simpson was the initial
registered agent.  The shareholders were listed as George Simpson (149
shares), Gust Karras (50 shares), and Regina J. Robertson of Fairmont,
Minnesota (1 share).  In the years that followed, this company, which was
actually at the center of the nerve system that controlled professional wrestling
in the Central States, was owned by wrestlers Bob Geigel, Pat O'Connor, and
Harley Race.
