Tony Baillargeon and George Dusette won a tournament to capture the vacant Intermountain Tag Team Title Notes: Previous champion Dale Haddock, promoter in Walla Walla, was in attendance to present the title to Baillargeon and Dusette. Tex Hager was the Boise booking agent. Haddock's partner Mike Nazarian was injured in a Montana car accident, forcing them to vacate the championship.
