Early Tuesday, October 14, 1952, professional wrestler Don Sugai was killed in a car accident near Boise, Idaho. Sugai, 39 years old, was from Ontario, Oregon, and had wrestled Monday night in Boise. Idaho Falls results from researcher Becky Taylor turns up the name Ferrin Barr in 1957. Ferrin Barr Sr. is none other than Sandy Barr, the longtime wrestler and promoter in the Pacific Northwest.
