In the 1930 United States Federal Census, Edward White was living in Chicago (Cook
County) with his wife Ernestine, daughter Lois and son Leslie. White was born in Chicago
around 1876, making him 53 years of age and his wife was three years younger. Lois was
18 and Leslie 13. The family had a servant living with them named Lillian Panceka, who
was from Czechoslovakia. White's parents were from Russia and his wife's from Germany.
His occupation was "athletic promoter."
Ed White was a member of the Lewis-Sandow syndicate in 1925 and the manager of
record for Wayne Munn.
