The audience “which witnessed the contest was visibly dissatisfied.” “Chicago Sandow, a middleweight wrestler with a name in the wrestling world, refereed the contest, and was introduced by W.H. Barton with the announcement that he would meet George Baptiste two weeks hence. Bob Managoff, of Montreal, Canada, was next presented, with the announcement that he would meet William Demetral next Thursday night at Bush Temple.” Between the first and second falls of the main event, Youssif Hussane challenged any wrestler.
